Terms of Service
How we price, scope and deliver work — and what the prices on this website do and do not include.
This page summarises how Creatiocentric works. It is not itself a contract. The binding terms for any project are the written quote and service terms you accept before work begins. This page will be updated when registered business details are finalised.
What this website is
This is a marketing website. The packages and prices shown are an invitation to discuss work, not a binding offer. Nothing here creates a contract until a written quote has been accepted and the required deposit has cleared.
Prices and scope
Advertised prices are starting or fixed package prices for the stated scope only. Final pricing is confirmed after a free consultation and project assessment. Scope changes, additional revision rounds, extra pages and new functionality are quoted separately rather than absorbed into an existing package.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting upgrades, software subscriptions, AI model and API usage, WhatsApp and messaging fees, CRM licences and similar external charges are excluded unless a written quote explicitly says otherwise. Where practical, those accounts are opened in your name and billed directly to you; we configure and administer them on your behalf. If we must purchase a paid tool for your project, that cost is prepaid by you before we buy it.
We default to free, open-source, client-owned or once-off tools where they meet the requirement reliably. If a free tier later becomes paid or your usage exceeds its limits, you decide whether to upgrade, replace or remove that dependency.
AI assistants
An AI assistant is never included by default in a website package, because it creates ongoing model, API, messaging, hosting or platform costs. Where one is wanted, the proposal separates our setup and implementation fee from the recurring external fees payable by you.
Payment
Standard website-only projects: 25% deposit to begin, and 75% after final approval and before production launch, source handover or final transfer.
AI, automation or custom integration projects: 40% to begin, 40% at the agreed working-demo milestone, and 20% before final launch and handover.
No project starts until the required deposit has cleared and scope has been accepted in writing. Third-party fees remain separate and are paid directly by you, or prepaid before we incur them.
Revisions and warranty
Each website package includes a set number of revision rounds — one for Starter, two for Business and three for Growth System. A revision round is a consolidated set of changes, not an open-ended editing period.
Each package includes a post-launch bug warranty of 7, 14 or 30 days respectively, covering defects in what was delivered within the agreed scope.
Maintenance
Maintenance is optional. You may take no plan, a single month, or an ongoing monthly plan that continues until cancelled under the written service terms. Unused editing time does not roll over. Maintenance covers upkeep — not unlimited development, new pages, new features, major redesigns, third-party subscriptions, AI model or API usage, messaging fees or CRM licences.
Ownership and handover
On final approval and final payment, the delivered website and its source are handed over to you. Third-party accounts opened in your name remain yours throughout. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Portfolio and concept work
Projects on this website marked Concept are self-initiated design and build studies created by us to demonstrate capability. They were not commissioned by the businesses named, and those businesses are not clients. Live client work is marked Live and published with the client's permission.
Liability
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party platforms, services or APIs that we do not control, from content or access you supply late or incorrectly, or from changes made to the delivered work by others after handover. Any liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
