Automation Opportunity Audit

Know what to improve. Before you build.

Get a clear view of one workflow, where the friction sits and which next step makes sense for your business.

Optional, focused discovery · R1,250 once-off · Delivered remotely

A practical starting point

One recurring problem.
A more informed decision.

Enquiries scattered between inboxes. The same information copied from one tool to another. A report that takes longer to prepare than to use.

If you know something needs to improve but are unsure what to build, a focused audit helps you see the options. It suits owner-managed and operations-led businesses with a recurring process, a named process owner and examples we can review.

Already know what you need? Your free consultation may give us enough information to quote directly. A paid audit is optional.

What you receive

A useful answer, in a defined scope.

One workflow. Up to two existing apps. One process owner.

01

Understand the work

A 45-minute remote conversation with the person who owns the workflow. We review up to five redacted examples across up to two existing apps.

02

Make the options clear

A current-state process map, up to three prioritised improvements, known dependencies and running-cost considerations, with unknowns clearly identified.

03

Decide what comes next

A concise PDF report and a 30-minute readout. We recommend a build, a simpler manual process, further investigation or no change yet.

Includes one factual correction round requested within seven calendar days of the readout. You can use the recommendations independently, whether or not you commission us to build anything.

Clear delivery arrangements

We agree the workflow, inputs and delivery slot in writing. The audit fee is paid in full after scope acceptance and before delivery begins. Timing depends on receiving the agreed material and access; your quote confirms the dates.

We use redacted examples and the minimum necessary access. Please do not send passwords or customer databases through the enquiry form.

R625 towards a related build

Half of your paid audit fee can become a credit against our implementation work on one related project quoted at R4,500 or more.

To qualify, accept that implementation scope and pay its deposit within 30 calendar days of the audit readout. The R625 credit is applied to the final implementation invoice. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash, cannot be combined with other discounts, and does not cover external charges or maintenance.

What stays outside the audit

Implementation, migrations, custom code, production changes and paid tool trials are separate. This is not a full business audit, exhaustive vendor procurement, security certification, penetration test or legal review. It does not guarantee time savings, revenue or sales.

Broader, multi-department or bespoke AI requirements need their own discovery scope. Any build, software subscriptions, API usage, messaging or hosting costs are quoted separately. Maintenance remains optional.

Before you decide

A few useful answers.

How is this different from the free consultation?

The free consultation discusses your problem and provides a recommendation, with a written quote if you want one. The optional paid audit adds a documented review of one workflow, a process map, prioritised findings and a readout.

Do I need to buy an AI tool first?

No. We begin with your existing process and tools. The answer may involve rules-based automation, a manual improvement or no new software. We identify potential external costs and unknowns before recommending implementation.

What if there is not enough information?

We check whether your process owner and redacted examples are available before accepting the scope. If an input is missing, we mark the limitation clearly and agree the next step rather than treating assumptions as findings.

Can you help with a website instead?

Yes. Our website packages start at R4,750. A clear website brief can move from the free consultation directly to a written quote. You do not need this audit first.
