Legal
Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Written in plain language rather than legal padding.
This policy describes how Creatiocentric handles personal information submitted through this website. It will be updated when the registered business details and any analytics or marketing tools are finalised.
What we collect
This website collects information only when you choose to send it. The consultation form asks for your name, business name, email address, an optional phone or WhatsApp number, the kind of help you are looking for, and a description of what you want built or improved.
We do not ask for identity numbers, financial details or payment information anywhere on this website, and you should not send them through the form.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a free consultation, and prepare a quote if you ask for one. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Where it goes
Form submissions open a pre-filled message in your own email application, which you then send. Nothing is transmitted or stored by this website until you send that email. You can also contact us directly at [email protected].
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and includes no third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this website rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not share your visit with an outside provider. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.
Service providers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and its editable content is managed in Sanity. Cloudflare processes standard server request information — such as IP address and browser type — in order to serve and protect the site. Sanity stores the website's content, not visitor data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is commercially useful — typically while a project is under discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, this page changes with it. The version you are reading applies from the date it was published.
