Where the gaps appear

From first contact to a named owner.

A form submission is only useful if it reaches the right place. An inbox notification only helps if someone knows what to do next.

We review the route an enquiry takes today, agree where it should be recorded and connect the steps that your chosen tools can support.

  • One agreed destination for captured leads.
  • A notification to the person responsible.
  • A clear next action, with simple qualification or follow-up logic where supported.

This service improves the handling of enquiries you receive. It does not include buying leads or a promise of sales.

Published starting scope

Never Miss a Lead.

We agree the capture points, destination, owner and platform limitations before implementation. The starting scope connects one agreed destination, such as your CRM, spreadsheet, inbox or client-owned system.

CRM licences and paid messaging charges are separate. Large outbound campaigns are excluded. Additional channels, complex routing or other integrations are scoped and quoted separately.

If the workflow is unclear, the optional R1,250 Automation Opportunity Audit can help define it. If your brief is clear, we can quote directly after the free consultation.

A working handover

Agree it. Connect it. Test it.

Define the route

Identify where enquiries start, where they belong and who owns the next action. Confirm the scope, access and external costs in writing.

Configure the workflow

Set up capture, routing, notifications and the supported logic in the agreed tools. Accounts stay under your control wherever practical.

Verify the result

Run a test enquiry through the agreed route and check receipt, owner notification and any scoped follow-up before handover.

Automation and custom integration projects use staged payments: 40% to begin, 40% at the agreed working-demo milestone and 20% before final launch and handover. External fees are separate; dates are confirmed in the written quote.
